My friend has a SD-616E and it does not show up on ''My Computer", only the c drive and floppy show.

When we went to Device Manager we saw the dvd drive and it had a Yellow ! sign next to it, we clicked to find out what it was and it says under Device status this, Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

We tried Updating the driver or rolling back to the old driver, we tried both options and they both didnt work.

I need some help here folks, any know what to do?
