Heres my Rig - Please Tell Me Specific Values for OC'in :)

-Asus P5B-E P965 Mobo
-1GB PC-6400 DDR-800 RAM (3-3-3-9 @ 200Mhz, 4-4-4-12 @ 266Mhz, 5-5-5-18 @ 400Mhz)
-WD 320GB 16MB Sata-II HDD
-Palit 256MB GeForce 7600GT PCI-Express
-Thermaltake Matrix ATX Midi Tower (w/ TT 430W PSU)


Since this will be my FIRST overclocking experience I am looking for Specific Values for all aspects to do with the overclock, ie: FSB, Multiplier, Voltage, Ram Timings, etc. And also any specific features I should disable on the chipset (for lighter load).

Simply put Ive never overclocked before but know of the advantages of the E6300 + Asus P5B Boards, Looking to do a moderate overclock for now just using Stock E6300 HS/F.

Are you using the stock cpu fan? How is your temp for the system and cpu? I have similar setup but mine has been crashing lately. I'll have to check my cpu temp and system temp to see if that's the cause.[/code]
