Memory suggestions

My 'in-progress' system consists of the following:

ASUS Striker Extreme
Intel Xeon 3060 CPU
eVGA GeForce 8800 GTS

I've got budgeted about $375 for memory. I was originally looking at the Crucial Ballastix Tracer PC2-8000 memory. I saw the lights and thought that they looked rather cool, plus it seems to perform well for that bracket.

However, would I gain much looking at higher clocked memory?

Not sure at this point. I'm getting a thermalright Ultra 120 cooler and figured I'd do some OCing. I'm planning to use this as our family's main PC, so it'll to gaming (me and the kids) and general office apps..etc.

I'd like to get it as high and as stable as I can on air cooling, but not have it run too hot.

My case is the Antec Nine Hundred, so I'm hoping with the good ventilation, that it should not get too hot.
