how i can use epson LQ-1170 for windows 7?????????????..........pleas......

On windows 7 compatibility webpage it says it compatible and no need to download drive?

You might have to enable the LPT port in bios or need to buy an add-on card .

Or try the EPSON LQ-1150 it listed that it should work.

Better use the driver listed as 'Epson LQ Series 1 (136)'. Some of the users using driver for 1150 are getting alien characters printed on the top left of the page.
