Could i upgrade my dell with 7600gt?

I thinking of upgrading my old dell pc which is a dell dimension 5100. Iv'e seen there is a Gainward BLISS GeForce 7600 GT 256MB going cheap and i was just wondering if thats a bit to good to use with the rest of my hardware, will the upgrade work? I have pentuim 4 3gig, 1gig of ram, and currently have a x300se.

I have a dell 5150/e510. I recently upgraded to a PNY 7600GT with no problems.

However first check your power supply, if it is 305W then good.

I currently run 1 hard drive(SATA)
2 sticks of ddr2
7600gt
sound blaster 24 bit
1cd/1dvd drive
and 3.00ghz northwood

All runs fine, be sure of the power supply

I put a gainward bilss 7800 gs+ 512 agp in my amd xp3000 rig and it's awesome. My psu is 350 and it runs fine.
