Hi guys and gals

I’m not new to overclock as such i.e. I use to overclock my 486 dx66 to 120 and I use to clock my Celerons from 66mhz to 75mhz :) all fine
But I haven’t been so successful with my AMD 64 x2 3800+ :( (Think it was down to the ram) So this time I went for the best ram I could at the time :D
I will be getting my new mobo, ram and cpu delivered by the weekend so was wondering if you could advise my on how to overclock it, I would love to get it to 3.00 GHz

This is the basics of what I will have:

Gfx card : GeForce 8800 GTX 768MB
Motherbord : MSI P6N nForce 680
CPU : Intel Core 2 DUO E6600 2.40 GHz stock fan
Ram : 2GB Corsair TwinX DDR2 XMS2 Dominator, PC8500
Power supply: Hiper Type R 580W (630w max so I have been told)

I have seen lots of guides to 965/975 mobos but not nvidia 680s so any help would be great, please tell me if there is anything like setting up the pci slots or ram timings so on and so on or any links on help with the 680 mobo would also help.

Many thanks, Andy
