Possible to change vCore in Windows?

I just made the mistake of buying an ASRock ConRoe945G-DVI to go with my E6600.

Apparently that motherboard doesn't support change in the vcore settings through the bios. My question is: Is there a program that can change vcore settings through Windows, so I can overclock my CPU?

No. If the motehrboard can't support the voltage change then you have no way of changing it.
Very true indeed.

You could send the mb back (rma it) and get a different one. Probably you will pay a restocking fee.
