Having created a screen saver using power point to be applied to all users in
an OU and also specifing the fully qualified path to the file,
(\\pdc1\screen\slide1.scr) the screen saver still did not run. What am I
doing wrong. Thanks.

If you look in the explanation of the screen saver policy it states that "
"If the specified screen saver is not installed on a computer to which this
setting applies, the setting is ignored."

I read my post and do not mean to sound negative. I did find this in MS
knowledge base. http://support.microsoft.com/defau [...] -us;305357 I think if you put the screen saver in %systemroot%\system32\ it may
recognize it.
