Which would be the best motherboard choice for me?

Hi there - I am going to get an Asrock Intel motherboard with AGP & PCI Express slots as I have an AGP gfx card I want to keep (Gainwarg bliss 512 gs+) - can anyone twll me which of the following boards is the better bet & what the difference is - they look pretty simular to me but im no expert

umm this is a very odd request could you please post you Specs and why you feel you want to keep this card and why your getting a new mobo.

The reason I want to keep this card is becasuse I have not long purchased it & it works great but my processer is slowing my system down as it is an AMD xp3000 - I want to get this motherboard as I can have my existing AGP gfx card and should i need to upgrade my gfx card again It will take pci express

ok fair enough that cpu is probably holding you back in answer to your original question they are both the same asrock dual-vsta
they can be got cheaper here
