Best bang/buck for 939 Overclocking System

I have a 3700+ San Diego on an Asrock Dual-Vista, currently running 2 x 512 PC3200 OCZ Premium 2.5,3,3,7 2.6V
The motherboard puts out, at max, 2.7,2.8v
The memory will not ever run past 200mhz on this board and when the system is overclocked... regardless of the timings the memory isn't happy unless i put a massive divider on it...
Whats the best overclocking ram i can get... for the cheapest price ...![:lol:]( ":lol:")
