This cooler is similar like the one Corsair has. Read the reviews. It does cool the sticks nicly.

I use a 90mm fan to cool my ram sticks.

I'm sure it does it's job. Though it's job can be done by simply having good case airflow. You be the judge if the money is worth spending on an uneeded cooler.

Those are some amazing sticks right there, don't underestimate them, they have the same IC's as corsair's pc10000 ram, and can hit above 1300mhz with stock voltage according to some sites, get it before the price reises more, they use to be a hundred less just two weeks ago :? (dang you newegg and your random price markups :x )

I think you are drunk. :P He's talking about the memory cooler, not the actually memory. You are a complete idiot. :wink:

Reply to tool_462

heh, my bad, looks like the taco over achieved himself when he saw the words ocz and xtc, but their flexXTC 9200 ram is something else man, I really want to get some for myself right about now

8) It happens. I would love a couple gigs of that memory.

Reply to tool_462

Same with me, especially because you can easily water cool it for even more insane oc's, but I think that 1400mhz is the threshold for ddr2

Reply to I_Love_Tacos

Yeah that XLC memory is basically retarded to buy. I think the highest memory OC is 1540mhz or something like that. I will try to find it, it's in the world record database somewhere.

What did you use to mount the fan on the RAM?

Bad Case Wiring gone bad.....

Is that a Storm block? Looks like 1/4" tubing but didn't know you could use 1/4" with a storm. Kinda hard to see though.

It is a Swiftech Storm Rev 2 waterblock with Tygon 1/2in. ID 5/8in. OD Ultra Soft Vinyl tubing with Blue Swiftech Coolsleeves 625.

Man for some reason it looks thin. Must be thin walled compared to my blue Primoflex. Thanks for the response.

What rad do you have and what are your temps? Pump also?

The picture makes it look smaller.

Liquid Cooling composes of:

-Swiftech Storm Rev 2
-Swiftech MCP655
-HW Labs Black Ice Xtreme II Dual 120mm Radiator
-4x Scythe 120mm Fans
-Swiftech MCRES-MICRO Reservoir
-Tygon 1/2in. ID 5/8in. OD Ultra Soft Vinyl with Blue Swiftech Coolsleeves 625

The temps are with Coretemp or Everest using Orthos:
@3.6 - Idle (36-37) Load (52-54)
@2.4 - Idle (29-30) Load (44-46)

Cool, similar to my kit but I only have 2 fans on my rad. Thanks for the info.
