If i plug a external hard disk that use USB 2.0 in a old computer that doesn't have the technologie of USB 2.0. Those it gonna work?

Yes. It'll just be slower. USB is backward compatible.

Instead of running at USB 2.0 speeds (480mbps) it will be capped to usb 1 speeds (12mbps), all usb devices are otherwise all compatible with each other
