Digital CCs on CBS?

I don't get digital closed captions on any of my CBS shows while in HD.

I get CC on SD shows, like the news.

Is this a problem with my affiliate?

My local affiliate here in Omaha pulled their digital signal from Cox cable
because they want to get paid for it. Anybody else experiencing this?

Before most shows they add a disclaimer that CC is not available on HD.There
are none on any channels I watch and I have cable HD,DirectTV ,and OTA.

Comcast NE has ABC,NBC,CBS,Fox and PBS along with ESPN,HBO,Starz,Showtime
and cinemax.
Discovery HD is next
