X1900GT Voltages with ATITool?

I'm using version 0.26. There's no voltage options under settings. Anyone else with this card that can change voltages, or is it not supported?

this guide seems to show it is pretty easy, someone posted this a while ago

And the "changes" listed for the 0.26 version of ATITool on TechPowerUp says it adds voltage control for several X1800 and X1900 cards.... It also says something about a "driver tweaks" tab that I don't have either....

oh, well, it looks like the problem is AMD/ATI skimped on an IC for these cards (rev 2) and there's no way to adjust voltage through software anymore
