Syncing error btwn Active Sync 3.8 and Outlook 2002

Hi,

Just got a new laptop at work and trying to setup an Active
Sync/Outlook connection (which has never been a problem for
me before). For some reason, my PDA data will not load into
Outlook 2002 (with Active Sync 3.8).

The computer seems to be downloading the data off the PDA
then when it would otherwise load it into outlook I get 2
error messages:

1. Unable to load personal free/busy data.

2. Error 80040302

Nothing I do seems to change this.

Any ideas?
