I have two BFG 7600GT SLI cards running and everythign seems to be great. They are all at default settings, but I want to make sure I am getting the performance that I should be getting out of these SLI cards.

There are many options on how to run my SLI in my display settings like:
Sing-GPU rendering (default current setting)
Alternate frame rendering
Split frame rendering
Alternate frame rendering 2
SLI antialiasing

What do these mean and which is the best for ultimate graphics and game play?

Computer stats:
eVGA 680i Mobo
2GB of Corsair CM2X1024-6400 DDR2 800 4-4-4-12 @ 2.1volts
2 SLI Geforce 7600 GT OC graphics cards
16MB cache 320GB HD 7200RPM
Intel E6600 Core 2 Duo processor
700w Xtreme Gamer OCZ power supply

Single GPU of course means turning off SLI

Split Frame Rendering - This is when running SLI each video card will render a portion of the frame. One card will be responsible for top half of the frame, second card will take care of bottom half.

Alternate Frame Rendering - This is when the cards will take turns rendering the frames. One card will render all even frames, second card will render the odd frames.

Alternate Frame Rendering 2 - This is simply another version of Alternate Frame Rendering that is supposed to be more effective on certain applications.

SLI Antialiasing - Similar to antialiasing with one card but much higher performance by splitting the workload of antialiasing between the two cards.

Hope this helps,

Thank you for the definitions on those terms. So what would you recommend is the best for best graphics in games? I assume possibly the SLI antailiasing?
