Just OC'd for my first time and I'm successful & stable :)

-E6300 @ 2.33 Ghz (Conroe) on Stock HSF
-Asus P5B-E (r1.01) and Updated Bios to 0706 (Using EZ-Flash with USB Drive)
-Generic DDR-800 1GB RAM (5-5-5-18 @ 400Mhz)

I followed the generic Core 2 Duo Sticky OC Guide and here are my adjustments (as per this motherboard).

-CPU Host Clock @ 333Mhz
-CPU Multiplier @ 7.0
-vDIMM @ 1.9V
-vFSB @ 1.2V
-vCore @ 1.375V
-DRAM Frequency @ "DDR2-533 @ 266Mhz FSB"
-RAM Timing @ 4-4-4-12
-FSB:DRAM @ 1:1

1. U can probably lower your vCore and still stay at that speed
2. I'm guessing your system might be able to do 2.8 even at the vCore you have it at now if your following Wusy's guide
