Migrate local users with the passwords from W2K box to W2K..

Hi

I'm upgrading to Windows 2003 and wanted all the local users with their
passwords residing in W2K migrated/setup in the new W2K3 box. Is there a tool
to do this seemlessly. Please help. Thanks in advance
