Stand Off Pegs and Case

Just a quick question this is the first case i ever used that had these little humps where the stand off pegs should go. Well any way the stand off pegs made the mobo lift to high up if i used them i couldnt fit the io shield in. I was just wondering if these things are subs for the pegs or if there is some sort of spacer that didnt come with the case that should be put between the case and board. :?:

click the image to enlarge this is the best one i could find. yeah its a cheap case but i spent my money on the other stuff. Should i buy a different one or stick with it.
