Maximum lifetime account from last logon

I'd like to know if exists a way to set the maximum lifetime for an account
from its last logon.
I would disable automatically an account if the user doen's logon to my
domain for one month (for example)
Can you hekp me ? Is it possible by GPO or other security tools ?
