So I want to distribute the PnP fix from MS to all my clients with a GPO.
The fix is an exe file not an msi file so how can I get it to all my clients
on the network with a GPO?

Most of the hotfixes can´t be deployed via MSI.
The easiest way is to us WSUS, or deploy it in a computer startup
script. Every hotfix/servicepack has commandline switches to be
perfomred unattended.
