I have comcast hd cable and only have 4 channels
INHD1
INHD2
ESPN
HBO
(showtime is offered but I dont subscribe to
showtime)

anyways been seeing VOOM commercials left and
right and how they have like 30 channels of HD
programming,,,

who has voom, can you get your local HD content
with voom, can you tell me are these 30 channels
in hd quality pictures?

What does their standard picture look like vs
directv (soft from my past experience).

I have had directv with hd (hdnet, hbo etc), I
currently have comcast hd, and would consider this
voom as a replacement but I just want to know more
about it, I just wanna get more out of my 65 inch
widescreen....

Bill :)

W have it and love it. Picture quality looks equal to Directv HD and Comcast
HD cable. It has an input for an HD antenna. The Animania and Monsters
channels are great!

the Sears at the mall has VOOM running

image quality is excellent.

check out VOOM's website for the schedule for each channel
the cinema channels appear to show only 4 movies per day per channel
(repeated throughout the day) and most are old or lesser known

Their movie channels, i.e., STARZ, Showtime, HBO, TMC, etc. HD channels
alone are worth going to VOOM rather than say cable or DirecTV.
