A home for my E4300 Please Advise!

As the topic suggests for my first build i've decided to go for the E4300 CPU Now it needs a home i'll be getting 2gb of ddr2 - 667/800 I dont plan on ever using SLI or Xfire as my resolutions dont justify it i will however be over clocking now i heard the Gigabyte DS3 was a good board although some are having problems with the ddr2 800 i'd like to spend a bit more on my mobo to give it alittle more life and upgradability and the bells and whisles are good too so what board do you recommend for around the $250 mark?

This build is for a gaming rig, hope you nice folks can help!
