Does anyone know if a Gigabyte GA-965p-S3 will work with Cosair XMS2 DDR2 800 memory? I'm looking at the two on Newegg and a review says something about only use 1.8V memory and the Corsair specs say 1.9V memory. I'm not going to be gaming but would like a stable fast system. Going to add a Lian case and Corsair 520 watt PS with a E6300. Thanks for any advice.

Just built one with Gigabyte P965-S3 and Corsair XMS2 800MHZ DDR2(TWIN2X2048-6400C4 ) with E6600 and EVGA 8800GTS, Rosewill 550W PSU, and he's very satisfied with the rig. Should be no problem even with the 1.9V. I'd pony up the $20-30 and get the lower latency and higher voltage version (C4D). 4-4-4-12 @ 2.1V instead of 5-5-5-12@1.9V.

Thank for the info. The model is.TWIN2X1024A-6400. I dont want to change voltage or overclock.
