Screen Saver not running

I have a group policy setup that configures a password protected screen saver
to run after 15 minutes or inactivity. This policy has been running fine for
all users. But now I have one user who logs in and the screen saver does not
run. I had this user log into another machine and the screen saver did not
start on that machine either. Both machines are XP SP2. Any ideas on what
could be causing the screen saver not to run. There is no deny setup. I ran
the Group Policy results wizard for both machines using the user's profile,
and the policy appears to be getting applied. Any ideas on what could be
causing the screen saver not to run? Below I have listed the settings from
the Group Policy results wizard for the two machines.

-------------------------------------------------------------
First Machine

Control Panel/Displayhide
Policy Setting Winning GPO
Password protect the screen saver Enabled XP/2K User Restrictions
Screen Saver timeout Enabled XP/2K User Restrictions
Number of seconds to wait to enable the Screen Saver

Seconds: 900

-------------------------------------------------------------

Second Machine

Control Panel/Displayhide
Policy Setting Winning GPO
Password protect the screen saver Enabled XP/2K User Restrictions
Screen Saver timeout Enabled XP/2K User Restrictions
Number of seconds to wait to enable the Screen Saver

Seconds: 900

Quick Update....the 15 Minutes timeout and password protected checkbox is
being are being applied, but the selected screen saver is set to none and it
is greyed out. No other users have this problem. Any ideas?

Use the screensaver for exaple logon.scr i GPO, because if the users have
screensaver selected blank or without it not work, you must specify select
sreensaver to work properly.

Best regard s
