The last version of Outlook Pocket Contact Synchronizer (PCS) was 1.2. But,
it was limited to Outlook 2000 and 2002 - it does not load for Outlook 2003.
While the premise of PCS was to copy duplicate contact information from
sub-folders of CONTACTS to the CONTACTS folder, it also added the folder
name in the CATEGORIES field so one could organize by categories. It
allowed me to copy all my contacts to my IPAQ Pocket PC. Even though it was
"klutzy", nonetheless, it did work.
Does anyone know of a similar add-in for Outlook 2003 that would accomplish
the same thing? Yes...I realize that I can accomplish the same thing by
remembering to COPY a contact from a sub-folder to the CONTACTS folder, but
at my age...remembering is a major accomplishment.
