Bought a Biostar GeForce 6100-M9 motherboard that has a Realtek RTL8201BL Single-Port 10/100M Fast Ethernet PHYceiver for the network adapter.

The description on the web site says "The RTL8201BL can be used as a Network Interface Adapter, MAU, CNR, ACR, Ethernet Hub and Ethernet Switch."

I can't establish and interenet connection with this thing...in fact it isn't even recoginzed by my system as a network adapter.

I haven't seen anything in my BIOS about settings for this thing. Any ideas on what I need to do to get it working as a network adapter?

It's probably an nVIDIA NIC with a Realtek PHY on top -- you should install the appropriate chipset drivers from nVIDIA or Biostar.
