my name is urbain.i,m busy installing cs5 production in my computer,now it,s show me error(s) 31,132.

I do not find an Adobe CS5 installation error code of 31, or 132 listed.

If this is a legit copy of Photoshop CS5, you can call Adobe Tech Support at 800-642-3623 Monday to Friday 5AM-7PM PST, and they should be able to help get it installed.
