System doesint want to boot

i messed around with my pc because i tried to do the cables nice and once i turned it on first it turned on but at the asus logo thing it froze just dido anything but then i hit insert and reset everything and its fine exept it doesint boot my hartdrive is sayes no iDE master hdd device detected and says f1 to continue soipress it and the windows logo starts but then it shuts and a blue screen shows up and then it restart and i dont know what is wrong.

I need help fast

Maybe you loosened a cable :?

Strip it down to barebones, try for 1 beep, rebuild 1 item at a time, keep hearing 1 beep
