Especially if you going to overclock it......having plenty of AMPS on the 12v rail is crucial to supply that extra voltage.
NEWS FLASH: dont skimp on the PSU's. Youll regret it!

Great budget mobo.
However Id go with the E6300, you'll have no problem getting to 2.8ghz.
Id also get a better ps.
Look at the Coolermaster extreme power 600w for $74.99 at zipzoomfly w/free shipping. Its a great ps for moderate systems, Ive used about a dozen of them for builds.
As for memory, you want 2 sticks, so you can run in dual channel. Also you want 2gb if your planning on gaming.
I recommend this kit:

This has better timings than the Corsair you referenced.
(Ive gotten all my OCZ rebates)
Dont go with Cooler Master PSU they are not recommended PSU's. They are tier 4 and 5 PSUs which are not recommended. Stay away from them.

I would go with Corsair 2GB kit instead of OCZ which recently has compatibility issues with a lot of motherboards.

Am going with E4300 not E6300 because easier to OC, 2.8 for sure, maybe 3.0?
Am getting 2x1Gb Corsair - see price is $244, yes I also read that people had compatibility issues with OCZ RAM...

Also will get 20" Samsung Wide - 204BW...

Antything else, will buy today...
