The subject says it all. My router recently gave up the ghost, I would like something new, preferably with a print server so that I can share the printer over a network. Will all routers with a USB port accept USB printers for the network?
Most have a supported list. If it's listed read the finer details to see if functions are dropped off. HP sells a printer server for some there printers. It coverts the USB to ethernet.

You need to read the features list / manual, etc. for the router to check, because the mere presence of the USB port does not say why it is there. Some might be using the USB port to allow attachment of computers that do not have a NIC or wireless adapter. And, as the previous reply said, if they do claim to support printers, you need to check WHICH printers.
