Ds3 chipset temp and FSB voltage

Hi everyone,
Im using a gigabyte 965p-ds3
How do i find out what my chipset temperature? Is chipset temperature = system temperature? If not, what program can i used to monitor it? Also, when i am overclocking, is vFSB +.3 safe?

I dont think there is a chipset temp monitor as there's no physical measurement device located next to it anyway.

+0.3V is too much imo, I'm running 400FSB at only +0.1V - but do make sure you disable all the unnecessary chipset utilities in the BIOS, most of which are listed in wusy's overclocking giude in that very said section.

How are all the other people getting the motherboard temps then? i was just wondering if +.3 is too much because i need that much to run FSB at 440. but ill lower it then. and i did follow wusy's guide. thanks for your reply.

I have the DS3 with a E6400 running at 3.2 I have +0.1 and i am using my case sensor to monitor it. I also have a 80 mm fan blowing into the northbridge.
