Need to change Windows 7 from 64 bit to 32 bit

Solution
Reformat, impossible to do it without reformatting. Then you have to make sure you have a Windows 7 x86 DVD because otherwise you'll just end up installing 64bit again. Although why you would want to switch to 32 bit confuses me, x64 supports the future while x86 is a dead end with a ram limitation.
