Try here they have a lot of ATI bios http://www.techpowerup.com/
You should list manufacture, VIVO and mem size/type. Even if it's a reference board design it may vary in IC types and a bios flash would render it useless. there are also 2 types of gt cards, with the rev. 2 being on a x1950pro board. I haven't heard many happy endings for bad vid card flashes. The evil thing to do is run like 24v in to it and get a RMA. That would be bad and Santa is always watching :wink: .
