Hello everyone,

I have a net "status" problem. I use a A8N32-SLI Deluxe motherboard which comes with 2 gigabit interfaces. I use one of those (nVidia) together with a DLink 502G router that connects me to the Internet (ADSL). I´d like to know if it´s possible for the connection status to show correctly, because it always shows the connection as a 100 Mbps connection, but trully it´s a 1 Mbps connection only.

Thank you a lot for any help!

The 100mbps is refered to the network connection speed not your ISP connection speed.

There is no option on the isp side.

I asked because I had a previous computer that didn´t have an ethernet adapter, so I had to connect the 502G router via the USB. In this configuration I used to have the real "speed" of the connection shown, that is 1 Mbps.

Thanks!

When you connect to modems you can get connection info on some.
