Is there a 3 to 4 pin adapter?

I have the EVGA 680i motherboard which has a 4 pin cpu fan header on the board. The problem is getting the 3 pin cpu fan connected to it. Its the Zalman 9500 led. Is there an adapter i can get, and if so can you give me a link to a picture of it? I can't seem to find it. Never had to deal with different number of pins connecting to each other before.

Is the mobo fan tab offset to one side of the 4 pins?
If so the 3 pin connector will fit on the 3 pins with 1 left out.

Ok, i connected it to 3 of the pins. So my question now is, what is the 4th pin for? Why is it there?

The fourth pin is for PWM control (Pulsed Width Modulation)

Do a google search for more info.

I went to a few stores earlier and i guess they don't make a 3 pin to 4pin cpu fan connector.
