M2N-E Making a strange buzzing sound...

Basically the same problem as this guy is having in this post...

I've removed HDDs and Fans and it's not those, hopefully it's the CPU as I bought that from an etailer whereas the mobo is off of ebay :/

Anyone else got any ideas what it could be ?

(Will remove CPU tommorow and see if sound still occurs - btw any way to do this ? I dont have a spare AM2 CPU...)

If the CPU is under warranty, I'd RMA it. If you get the same sound with the new one, you know it's likely the board
