Mushkin Compatability Question

I'm stuck on a problem here which I really could use some help on.

And I'm wandering if anyone could tell me if it's possible to use another dual channel set of Red Line Mushkin RAM ( http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Mushkin-Redline-XP4000-2-1GB_W0QQitemZ330083678951QQihZ014QQcategoryZ172QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem )

Bassically, do I HAVE to buy an identical set of my existing RAM two run with 4Gb or could I simply use any other PC4000 DDR RAM?

Also, 32-bit Windows XP will likely only be able to address (and thus use) about 3GB of the 4GB total.
