Fan question. Maybe a dumb one.

I just received my Antec 900 case and was reading that if I wanted to control the fans manually then not to use the fan only connection off the power supply. The question is what conncetors do I use(there are several other 4 pin connectors)? I have always let the MB control my fans in the past, but the included ones have the 3 speed switch on them.

Maybe I am just a little confused but the fans have the 4pin connector and the fan speed switch only. See pic

I don't see how these controllers hook up.
