I was wondering if there was something i could do to make it where i could
choose the different official campaigns NPC's voices when i create a
character.

I would like to be able to use the voice of Halaster or the Reaper in
game.And if i use the voices will others in a multiplayer game hear them
without having to customize anything themselves?
