I'm not exactly sure of how it works, so I'll reserve comment on that. Assuming it works the way it's marketed, I think it's a great idea. Better headphones for a good price are never a bad thing. Same with speakers, of course. When Logitech brings out a 5.1 set to complement their 4.1s, I'll be the first in line to buy them.
