Web site down, how to contact owner/operator?

This site has been down for the past few months;

It is a excellant alterntive to that silly antennaweb site with the 3rd grade color charts. Problem is there is no contact info or links on the page. I tried the two links provided, but those were dead ends.
The root or base address (whatever it is called) comes up just as bad assuming it is the same thing;

How do I find out who 'owns' or is responsoible for this site??

Ok, never did that before.

I talked to the operator/owner. Great guy, he didn't know there was a problem as he looked over his logs. Had a long conversation with him over the phone.
He will look into it this weekend.
