Yes it is, but:

1- should have been asked in the storage section.
2- the size will be the smallest HDD x2 and speed will be limited to the slowest of the 2.

Yes it is possible. The only prob is that you will only be able to use the smaller drive size on the larger drive so it matches. You're not that far off in size, so there's nothing really lost. You can make a RAID 0 array out of a 120 and a 320 gig drive. The problem with that is 200 gigs on the larger drive would be inaccessible.

In short, go for it.
