It would require either some modding of your existing case (unless you're running a server setup, in which case space question is moot), or build a case up from scratch. Modding easier option, just need right tools, and depends on how cramped your case is with goodies etc. Seen pcs with dual PSU's, hooked one up that had 1 in the optical drive bay in addition to rear one, so can be done. relies on effort, motive and money (patience very good to have as well).

For example the case I have the Lian Li PC-A10B has 2 mounts for dual PSUs and comes with a cable that ties the wires previously mentioned together with a molex connector. After you do that its as easy as hitting the power button.
