bottle-knecking

this is my rig at the moment
Core2Duo e6300 @ 2.81GHz
Corsair XMS2 (2x512MB) DDR2 800 RAM
Biostar TForce965PT Mobo
BFG GeForce 7600GT OC

where should i be looking for bottleknecking?
i would assume the video card but i want to see what people on here have to say...

depends on what you want to do with the rig, if gaming than video card and ram (get 2 gb).

Agree, more RAM will help everywhere. 2 gig if you can spring it, but 2 chips is right for the dual channel effect.
Your card is at the lower end of being usable for todays game. What is your goal, stick with it for 1-2 years, if so upgrade now. If life will be 3-6 months, you can make it till then. I might go with a 7900 series or x19xx series. That will last at least a year.
Up to your budget and needs for high FPS.

ahh, dual channel is a myth, i mean even in benches difference is marginal if any, not to mention games. people just like saying "dual channel" it sounds sexy.
