Cheap mobo for 8800gts and C2D?

Hi.
I´m looking for a mobo for a 8800gts and C2D system.

I´m thinking of an "Asrock Conroe945G-DVI" cause i´ve seen a test of an "Asrock Conroexfire" with C2D E6400 and a 7900 gtx against an Intel D975XBX and it does pretty well.

But i prefer the 945G cause it has the same specs plus an integrated gpu wich means i can give it to my father (and save some dough) when i upgrade later.

Do u have links with tests with the Conroe945G and a 8800GTS?

Do u think that mobo will damage my 8800gts ´s performance much?
It didn´t on the 7900gtx test... (But still it´s just one test...)
