Hi

Does anyone know of an extension cable for the expansion port on the bottom
of the Ipaq2210?

Something that will plug into say the cradle and then plug into the
expansion port of the Ipaq for example.

Thanks

If you need to Synch from an extended distance, you might try a USB
Bluetooth adapter for the PC and synch using Bluetooth.

I've never seen anything like that for any PPC. I can only think of one good
reason for it though and that is to attach a direct connect keyboard with a
little more flexibility. Anything else, syncing via USB or Serial, attaching
GPSs, etc. are all possible with cables designed for that. What were you
planning to do with the extension cable?

Hi

I actualy just need the plug and socket parts.
My ipaq is in a case which is designed to allow the ipaq to plug into the
cradle still allowing it to sync/charge when connected to the computer.
I have a car holder with a built in gps so my ipaq just slots into but i
still have to take it out of the case. I am looking at moving the slot on
the gps forward slightly so allow more room for the ipaq while still in its
case.
So I was going to build a little "platform" that would plug into the gps
unit with a new plug on the platform in a slightly forward position. The
ipaq would sit slightly higher but there is room for this. So my ipaq would
plug into the "platform" which is plugged into the gps/car holder.

(Does any of this make sense)
