need some help finding tuner card that fits my needs.Im looking for a card that can pick up a cable signal from my coax cable line and over air hd.I want to be able to watch one channel and record another at the same time.it must be pci or usb because i dont have a pci express slot.Will be useing a Mitsubishi HD1000U as display.OS as of right now is winXP.any help is greatly appreciated.

This one seems to best meet your needs. I'd be careful with version #. Some of the early 650's had a hardware glitch that caused ATI to pull them back. I think they've been re-issued, but not certain. If the price seems to good to be true, it probably is (for this reason).

I'd stay away from USB; they tend to cause a system bottleneck.

I don't see where it says thats a dual tuner card. I have the 550 pro card and it has one for cable and one for FM, but if that really is a dual tuner atsc card its a great deal.

Yep, you're right. My bad. Problem is getting the HD plus dual tuners. I use the Saber2020, which reviews say have a better picture than the 500 or the Theater 650, but no OTA HD. This one has all the features, but is only available in Europe and Austalia:
