I am looking to replace my ancient 27" analog RCA with a new tube.
I have looked at several HDTV's that will fit in my entertainment center and
narrowed it down to the Sony. I occasionally watch a DVD, but mostly Dishnet
offerings. I would like to experience HD. I have a small living room and
the furthest I would sit from the TV will be about 11 feet. Is this set a
good choice?
Thanks for opinions,

I have the 34HS510 which is its larger brother. It is a great unit. The PQ
is about as good as it gets and the price is reasonable.

Jim:
This looks like an 'old' post... But in answer to above:
If the Sony fits your existing 4:3 cabinet well... Then
the 32HS510 has all the bells & whistles & nice picture
for Both analog & Digital Programming...
You will suffer the black bar HD 'deal' until you bite
on the 16:9 picture format..... In short term OK...
In the long term, new cabinet & 16:9 set are in order...
