Good P5B Deluxe RAM

I am looking for GOOD 2x 1GB DDR2 800 RAM for the P5B Deluxe.
I want to easily get CL4 at 400 Mhz.

The p965 and P5B Deluxe is picky, so please suggest specific RAM model numbers from big name manufactures. Corsair, etc.
The budget is ~$230-300

I tell you what, I have 4gb's of crucial 10 yr anniversury ram. Stock speed is ddr2 667mhz 3 3 3 12.

I have all 4 sticks running at ddr2 1000mhz 4 4 4 5 with just 2.25v core and its rock stable! This stuff is an overclockers dream and from my understanding was hand picked ram from crucial.

Supposedly they dont make it anymore and I do happen to have 2gb's of it that I never used at all so its still brand new, I could get around 300 for it on ebay but will sell it to you for $280.00 if you like.

I've been running Patriot 2x1GB DDR2-667 at 4-4-4-12 @ 400MHz for 5 months now:
